SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at FUNTHING. We ship handcrafted Korean incense holders worldwide from Gwangju, South Korea.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use Korea Post (registered airmail or EMS) for international shipments.
- Standard International Shipping (Korea Post Registered Air): 10–20 business days depending on destination
- Express International Shipping (EMS): 5–10 business days depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the Korea Post website (https://trace.epost.go.kr) or your local postal service's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at fun-thing@naver.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at fun-thing@naver.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the post office, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
